Saw this blog post on InformationWeek.com about Target requiring you to allow the cashier to swipe your driver’s license when buying a restricted item, not just viewing it to make sure you’re “of age”?

This must be confirmed, but if true, What the frack?

I must try to buy some beer at a target and see if this is the case…

Since this mall is somewhat local for me, figured I’d pass this around.

This kiosk in the Concord Mills mall is now not going to be allowed because he (GASP!!) sells anti-government/Obama Administration goods.

Over on BusinessInsider.com, they have found an article about expanding lawsuits in our new massive healthcare “reform” bill.  Apparently lawyers will be able to sue on behalf of the government without having to get prior permission (in medicare reimbursement cases).

This provision may have been defeated, but therein lies the problem in these massive bills:

Who reads these damn things so that crap can be stripped out?

From Investor’s Business Daily, they found that in the new (thank God yet to be passed) healthcare “reform” bill a provision to scrap private medical insurance.
